"We're thrilled to continue hosting indoor track meets here at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs! Under the guidance of Coach Fellows, high school athletes now have the privilege of competing on one of the fastest sprint straights and top-tier jump pits in the nation, right here in Olympic City," said UCCS Head Coach Ross Fellows "This season, we look forward to welcoming some of Colorado's top athletes, along with outstanding competitors from around the region. With each meet, athletes will push their limits, inspired by the exceptional facilities, competition and views of Pikes Peak."
These meets will be FAT-timed by Rapid Results and will offer some of the best competition at one of the premier indoor facilities in the Mountain West and the Nation. Each meet will build up to the UCCS United High School Indoor State Championship on February 16th where the winners will receive a gift and own the title of Colorado State Champion.
The cost is $40 per athlete and there are no event limitations. Registration will be completed through MileSplit, and there will not be walk-up registration available on the day of the meet. These meets are eligible for athletes 12 years of age and older. The hurdles will be set at the NFHS High School marks and height will not be changed unless an open athlete requires 42" hurdles. The path to state starts here!
