With Hotchkiss and Paonia merging into North Fork - and in 3A, the girl's team race has been shaken up.
Cedaredge looks like an early favorite to claim the girl's 2A state title. They'll look to tally most of their points in the sprints, hurdles, and in the field. Defending 300H state champ Megan Jenkins (pictured above) will have her pick up events, which will be limited to four. Kylee Terry is the top returner in the 200, and could wrack up a ton of points in the sprints, and in the relays.
Wray looks to have several point scorers, mostly in the mid-distance events and the field. They'll look to Karly Godsey to tally points in the 300H and the 800, along with Mayra Diaz , and Sydnee Cheek in the pole vault. They've got the double-threat of Chloe Cure and Makynna Deland in the throws.
Hayden will look to Jillian Bennett for big points in the 200 and 400, and Alison Rajzer in the triple jump, while Holyoke is likely to tally their points ...
