Agur Dwol Leaps 41-10 For Colorado Triple Jump State Record

They say records are meant to be broken.

And for Agur Dwol it was only a matter of time.

The Mullen senior officially leapt to a Colorado triple jump outdoor state record of 41-10 at the Liberty Bell Invitational - that's a six-inch personal record. Needless to say, the mark is a Colorado No. 1, and a US No. 1.

Dwol's 41-10 eclipsed Sydnee Larkin's previous state record of 41-7 set in 2018.

The Mullen senior has been slowly inching her way towards the record. She's gone over 41-feet three times this season, including her Liberty Bell performance, and a staggering 10 times over the past year. Additionally, she leapt to 42-0.75 several months ago indoors.

Add that she leapt to 41-4 at the 2021 edition of the Liberty Bell Invitational. Clearly, she loves that long runway...

And that wasn't her only big leap of the day.

Dwol also won the long jump in a CO No. 1, and US No. 2 of 19-11.25

To nearly duplicate her improvement in the triple jump, her 19-11.25 is also a six-inch PR.
