Jessica Black - North Fork - won the Colorado 2A Region 4 Cross Country title in 18:42.

Bethany Michalak - Air Academy - won the Colorado 5A Region 5 title in 17:07 - two-seconds off the course record.

Sadie Robinson - Heritage Christian Academy - won the Colorado 2A Region 1 Cross Country title - a first win for the freshman.

Niwot - They scored a perfect 15-points and put eight inside the top-eight at the Colorado 4A Region 3 Cross Country Championships. 

Elena Torres - Loveland - won the Colorado 5A Region 4 Cross Country title in 18:26.
