You can pop a new Colorado 3,200 personal best, while prepping for some bigger races later this month!
The Liberty Bell Classic is on tap November 12.
It'll be eight laps around the track at Heritage High School in Littleton.
Seeding will be based up on 3,200 or 5k times, with the first race going on
