That 3A Sprint Medley Relay finish at the 2023 Colorado State Championships was wild.
Three squads dipped under 1:54 in the rainy final, and the difference between first and third was a second-and-a-half.
Taking gold was Coal Ridge.
They won in a late-kick, running 1:52.14. Elizabeth took silver in 1:53.06, and The Classical Academy took bronze in 1:53.77.
