Girls Colorado Future Stars: Sophomores (March 3-8)

For this first edition of Colorado Future Stars of the 2025 track and field season, we will highlight multiple performances over the past week from the sophomore class.

Abigail Trapp, Golden High School: In the 400m, Trapp ran a time of 58.18, earning her a 1st place finish at the Ivory Moore "We are Columbine" Invite. She is a 3x state title holder already, but she is starting her sophomore year quicker than her freshman year, so expect some big marks from her.

Vivian Jack, The Classical Academy: Though she finished 2nd overall in the 1600m at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird meet, she still raced to a time of 5:11. She also put on a late kick at the end and got very close to stealing the win.

Reagan Falletta, Pueblo East High School: Racing in one of the most competitive races of the weekend at CSU-Pueblo, Falletta finished just barely 2nd overall with a time of 15.18 in the 100m hurdles. Her time was much faster than a year ago at the same meet when she ended the season winning the state title.

Nora Ebel, Rocky Mountain High School: In the 3200m, Ebel ran a time of 11:23 at the Max Marr Invitational. She finished 2nd overall and was only three seconds away from earning a MileSplit Second Team National Standard.

Tatem Gobble, Arapahoe High School: The pole vault is becoming a very competitive event and Gobble just added to the list with a mark of 11-6 at the Aurora City Championships. She is already four inches higher than her personal best from her freshman year.

Zenobia Witt, Eaglecrest High School: Also competing at the Aurora City Championships was Zenobia who hit a mark of 37-5.5 in the triple jump. This mark is only a few inches off of her previous best, when she finished 2nd at the state championships in the event.
