Towler Scott, Basalt High School: Scott ran at the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic in California finishing 10th overall in the white varsity division, running a time of 15:06 for the three mile race. His 5k equivalent time would have been 15:38, which places him in the top five for all of 3A!
Carson Smith, Air Academy High School: Also running at the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic, Smith was the best finisher for all of Colorado, placing 14th overall in the sweepstakes division, running a time of 14:11 for three miles. That time is the equivalent to a 14:41 5k, putting him right in the mix in the 5A division for Colorado.
Oliver Horton, Coronado High School: Horton smashed his course record at the Coronado Cougar Classic, running an incredible time of 14:38, placing him 2nd overall in all of Colorado. His time was over 40 seconds faster than his previous record, and he is only eight seconds from the Colorado prep record!
Hunter Robbie, Niwot High School: At the St. Vrain Invitational, Robbie won the 4A/5A division, running a time of 15:19 to take the victory over a very competitive field and over all of his incredibly fast teammates. He also ran almost 20 seconds faster this season compared to last year on the same course!
