The focus for most improved for this week is the Dave Sanders Invitational in Littleton, Colorado. At the top of our list with an astounding 11 minute improvement is Brenna McElhattan of Cherokee Trail High School. Last season, she ran the course in 34:31, but this year, she dropped it all the way down to 23:03! McElhattan has been improving all season, running much faster times in each race this year compared to what she did the previous year.
A couple other notable improvements a little further down on the list is Marni Martin of Mead High School and Allisson Christensen of Lakewood High School. Both ladies improved their times by 1-2 minutes. They already ra...
