Ty Forbes of Centaurus High School improved by over two minutes from last year at the Pat Patten Invitational. He ran 18:02 last year, but this year he ran an astounding time of 15:41, which earned him 6th place overall.

There were a ton of improvements at the Pat Patten Invitational on the boys' side, starting with Noah Beniyam of Cherry Creek High School. He tops the list with an almost six minute improvement, running 29:50 last year and running 23:59 this season. 

2nd place goes to Liam Baker also of Cherry Creek High School. He improved by just over five minutes. He ran 28:40 last season and dropped his time down to 23:28. 

Taking the 3rd spot in the rankings is Caleb Metzger of Castle View High School. He improved by 4:50, running 25:17 last year and dropping down to 20:26.
