It's been a few years since Colorado Springs Christian School has had a lot of things go their way in boys track and field. It would appear that state of affairs is changing, and changing as fast you can say, "Nice new unis!" While I won't be shedding any tears over the demise of the day-glow yellow singlets formerly worn by CSCS, I admit it will take me longer to spot a CSCS runner than it has for the last four or five years.

The Lions dominated the boys division of the El Paso County Small School championships and set themselves up nicely for a bigger test at the Tri-Peaks League meet in La Junta in two weeks. The Lions not only overcame the competition, but they did a good bit of overcoming the weather as well.
