When the dust had settled on last fall's cross country season, it was clear that University was among the very best 3A boys teams. The Bulldogs cruised to second at the state meet, enjoying their highest ever finish at state. But, you get the sense that "one of the very best" was just a hair short of where their dreams had them pegged.
This fall, they get the opportunity to rewrite the script and try to finish as the best 3A team in the state.
While the Bulldogs bring several positive indicators into the season, there are some questions to be answered as well. The top three of Garrett Coles, Garret Roberts, and Dan Eberhard should be back.
