Entry Fee:There will be an entry fee of $200.00 per school.
Teams Attending: Bishop Machebeuf, Brush, Denver Christian, Dayspring Christian, Eaton, Estes Park, Frontier Academy, Highland, Holy Family, Liberty Common, Platte Canyon, Platte Valley, Resurrection Christian, Sterling, Strasburg, University, Valley, Weld Central and Wiggins
Facilities: The track is an eight lane all weather surface. The discus and shot ring are concrete. Starting blocks will be provided; all other equipment will be supplied by the competing schools. Restrooms are available. Locker rooms will not be available.
Camps/Warm-up:Team camps will be allowed on the grass practice field south of the stadium. No camps will be allowed on the infield. Athletes may warm-up on the practice field as well as a marked area to the north of the stadium. Athletes will not be allowed to warm up on the infield.
Entries: Each team may have three individual and one relay entry per event. Running events will be run as finals in heats against time. Field events will have prelims and finals with three attempts in each. Entries will need to be submitted via MileSplit (please see attached instructions) by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20th. Please note that you have to set up an account with MileSplit and this process takes up to a day, so do not put off registering your athletes.
Rules: The National Federation Track and Field rules for 2011 and the 2011 Track and Field Bulletin for CHSAA will be the official rules of the meet. Only 1/8 inch spikes will be allowed. The meet is a CHSAA sanctioned state qualifying meet.
Scoring: Eight places will be scored (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1) in all track, relay and field events. A full schedule of events will be run including pole vault.
Coaches Meeting: There will be a coaches meeting at 8:45 a.m. at the shed located on the north end of the track. Scratches can be made at this time. No additions or substitutions will be allowed. This will ensure we are able to start the meet on time.
Hospitality Room: A hospitality room will be available for workers and coaches only. It will be located in the shed on the north end of the track.
Weigh In: Weigh in for all throwers and pole vaulters will start at 8:45 a.m. at the east side of the shed located on the north end of the track.
Starting Heights:Girls High Jump 4’*Starting heights may be adjusted based on entries.

Girls Pole Vault 6’
Boys Pole Vault 7’
Bus Parking: Bus Parking will be located in the middle school parking lot. The lot is located directly west of the stadium.
Admissions:Admission to the meet will be charged.

No Patriot league passes will be accepted.
Concessions: Will be available during the meet.
