8:45 am Coaches meeting (race packets available 8:30)
9:00 Middle School Boys
9:30 Middle School Girls
10:00 Elementary Girls on the Run 3K run
10:45 --HS Varsity Boys
11:15 --HS Varsity Girls
*Awards (will follow the final race)
--Team trophies for 1st in Varsity HS and MS races
--Medals for 1-5 places in Varsity HS and MS races; ribbons for places 6-15
--Ribbons for 1-10 in JV races
*Scoring
-Middle School: Unlimited Entries, Score 4
-High School Varsity: Run 7, Score 5
-High School Junior Varsity: Unlimited Entries, Score 5
*Coaches, Athletes, and Spectators:
-Please do NOT disturb the workers at the scoring table in the finish chute.
-Results will be posted on the south side of the Beef Barn as soon as they are available.
-Results will also be emailed to all coaches who submitted entries.
-Please direct questions and problems to Coach Koops (HS), Coach Hahn (MS), or Stacey Hall (M-CHS AD).
-Please keep athletes out of Fairgrounds Buildings, except for the Beef Barn.
-Please stay on trails.
-Please do not destroy or take any archeological relics you may find.
-This is the desert, inhabited by the usual desert flora and fauna, including
cacti, snakes, spiders, deer, and scorpions. Be careful out there!
-Hospitality table for coaches, workers, bus drivers is in the Beef Barn.
-Trainer will be available on the South end of the Beef Barn
-Concessions are available above the start/finish area.
*Registration: all registration will be handled electronically by Four Corners
