The meet will be run at Lyons Middle/Senior High School
We will charge at the gate to cover expenses:
Adults - $4, Students - $3
Running Events
Start at 3:15 - rolling schedule100 m hurdles (girls and 6th grade boys-30)
100 m dash (girls / boys)
4x200 m relay (girls / boys)
1600 m run (girls / boys)
4x100 m relay (girls / boys)
400 m run (girls / boys)
800 m run (girls / boys)
200 low hurdles (girls-30 / boys-30)
200 m dash (girls / boys)
4X400 relay (girls / boys - may run together)
Field Events: (run at the same time as running events)
(We will start the second round of field events as soon as the 1st round is completed.)
Triple Jump - Boys and Girls together when Long Jump is completed
High Jump - Girls followed by Boys
Shot Put - Girls followed by Boys
Discus - Boys followed by Girls
Long Jump - Boys and Girls will start at 2 pm,
Boys on the North Runway, Girls on South End of Triple-Jump Runway
