How do Co-ed relays work?
All running events will have 2 girls and 2 boys on a relay team. The athletes will be alternated with either a girl or boy running first, then alternate by gender. Example, boy, girl, boy, girl, or girl, boy, girl, boy. It is the discretion of the school to choose whether to start with a boy or a girl. Field events will be the combined distance of two girls and two boys.
