Slavens Invitational 2021

Slavens Invitational Information:

Please note that we will be following all recommended COVID restrictions based on district/league guidance and as a result this information may change as the event nears.

Race Venue:

Harvard Gulch Park

660 E. Iliff Ave, Denver, CO

Course:

Distance: 3km, one loop

Surface: 95% uneven grass (spikes OK), there will be 4 stream crossings

Friday September 10th

2:30 - 3:30 Registration/check in

3:30 Coaches meeting

4:00 Start of 6th grade boys race 

4:05 Start of 6th grade girls race 

4:25 Start of girls A race

4:30 Start of boys B race

4:50 Start of boys A race

4:55 Start of girls B race 

5:15 Awards

5:20 Start of HS exhibition race (this will be really small)

Fees:

All fees must be received on or before 9/6 or there will be a $25 late fee.  No team will receive team bibs if payment hasnt been received by coaches check in.

6th grade only teams (boys and girls)$   80

7th/8th grade only teams (boys and girls)$ 120

Individual runners$   20/runner

Note: If you bring 6th - 8th graders the total cost is $ 200

Team Size:

The A race should have your top 7 runners regardless of grade.  

There may be limits on team size based on COVID restrictions, but none as of now.
