ROCK CANYON/RUNNERS ROOST High School/Middle School Invitational

13th ANNUAL XC INVITATIONAL

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2021

The course will be run on the school campus and adjoining open space. The High School 5K  and MS 3K course is a mixture of dirt, grass, and pavement. Its a moderately challenging course that is great for spectators!

Entry Fees:

High School - 200.00 for both boys and girls or -125.00 for one team (boys or girls) teams.

Middle School - 125.00 per school.

7:30am Middle School Boys - 3k race (Ribbons top 10 in finish chute)                                                           

7:50am Middle School Girls - 3K race (Ribbons top 10 in finish chute)

8:10am High School Coaches Meeting
8:30am Boys Varsity (run 7, score 5)

9:00am Girls Varsity (run 7, score 5)

9:30am Boys JV (unlimited entries, score 5)

10:00am Girls JV (unlimited entries, score 5)
