John Martin XC Invitational Saturday Morning August 28th.

BUSES: Enter the South Parking lot from Horsetooth Road and drop off by the South End of the Track. Bus parking will be on the North Parking lot next the the Soccer Field off of the intersection of Timberline and Vermont Dr.
Car Parking: Please use the South Parking Lot off of Horsetooth, South End of Campus near the track. In the event that it fills up, we will direct vehicle to the North Side of Campus.

SCHEDULE

Coaches Meeting 8:30am

9:00am Middle School - Boys JV/Open (Unlimited entries, all timed, first 7 represent a team; score 5; all other runners dropped from scoring)
9:30am Middle School - Girls JV/Open (Unlimited entries, all timed, first 7 represent a team; score 5; all other runners dropped from scoring)
10:00am Middle School - Boys Varsity (Up to 10 runners, first 7 represent a team; score 5)
10:30am Middle School - Girls Varsity (Up to 10 runners, first 7 represent a team; score 5)
Middle School - Awards: The top 3 finishers will receive a medal as they cross the line for JV and Varsity Middle school, the top three teams will receive 7 medals per team for boys varsity, boys JV, girls varsity, and girls JV. We not have a formal awards ceremony and coaches can hand out to their teams.
The "Lambkin" Stone Slab by the track is a great place to take team pictures.

HIGH SCHOOL Boys and Girls

10:50am High School - Boys Varsity/(Up to 10 runners, first 7 represent a team; score 5)
11:15am High School - Girls Varsity (Up to 10 runners, first 7 represent a team; score 5)
11:40am High School - Boys JV/Open Division (all)(Unlimited runners, first 7 represent a team; score 5)
12:10pm High School - Girls JV/Open Division (all)(Unlimited runners, first 7 represent a team; score 5)
High School - Awards: The top 3 finishers as they cross the line for boys and girls varsity and JV.
The top three teams will receive 7 medals per team for boys Varsity, boys JV, girls Varsity, and girls JV. We will not have a formal awards ceremony and coaches can hand out to their teams. The "Lambkin" Stone Slab by the track is a great place to take team pictures.

COST:The High School entry fee is $250 ($150 for single gender teams).

The Middle School entry fee is $150 ($80 for single gender teams)
