2021 2A Region 4 Regional Meet

Confluence Park in Delta, Co
This meet is the state qualifying meet. The top 15 runners and top 5 teams will advance to the state meet.

Course:the course will be in Delta at the Confluence park. It is the same course that has been used over
the last couple of years and the same one as the Pantherfest race.The course is on dirt trails.

Each 2A team is allowed 8 runners but runners
7 and 8 will be pulled out for team scoring.
Scoring/Awards: Additionals (7 & 8 runners) and individual runners will be pulled out of the scoring at the
regional meet. In team scoring 6-2A team members retain their order of finish. Any
team members beyond this number shall be disregarded and shall not displace any
opposing runners.
The team score shall be determined by totaling the points scored by the first 4
finishers of each team. If fewer than 4 competitors of a team finish, the
places of all members of that team shall be disregarded and the team scores re-ranked.
Ribbons will be presented to those individuals who have finished in the top 15
places. Plaques will be presented to the first and second place teams.
Timing: Kandu timing out of Oak Creek will be our timers. They will be using a bib
chip system. Each athlete will be assigned a specific number.
