University's 17th Annual
2-Mile Race
Tuesday, October 12, 2021
Where:
University High School 6525 W 18th St
This years race will be ran on the University Campus and around the Greeley Family Fun Plex. The race will start and end at the University Football Stadium.
IMPORTANT:
Due to a high volume of traffic at the end of the school day, ALL BUSES NEED TO DROP OFF AND PARK IN THE GREELEY YOUTH SPORTS COMPLEX ACROSS THE STREET FROM UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE HIGH SCHOOL OR MIDDLE SCHOOL PARKING LOTS.
Participating Schools:
4:00 pm Coaches Meeting
4:20 pm High School Boys 2 miles
4:40 pm High School Girls 2 miles
5:10 pm Awards
Awards:
High school races Awards for the top five finishers in each race, awards for the top 2 teams in each race
Course description:
The course will cover surfaces of asphalt, dirt, grass and concrete. The course starts on the football field and will go around the Family Fun-Plex, back to the University Campus and end on the football field.
Coaches should pick up their packets upon arrival, which will have maps, bibs/pins. Electronic timing will be used.
