Meet Information
The course is a 4K that winds throughout Eastman Park and includes grass, concrete and some potential wet areas. The course will be marked with flags. Runners should keep the flags on their left, and run within 10 feet of the flag. Racing flats or shoes without spikes are recommended. In the event of flooding the race will be moved to Boardwalk Park (Windsor Lake).
Boys will run at 4:30, Girls to immediately follow.
Teams pay $4.50/athlete running.
Ribbons will be awarded for Top 10 finishers in Boys and Girls.
