Meet Information
The course is a 2 mile course around Windsor Lake, starting at Boardwalk Park and is primarily concrete, with some grass. The course will be marked with flags. Runners should keep the flags on their left, and run within 10 feet of the flag. Racing flats or shoes without spikes are recommended.
Girls will run at 4:30, Boys to immediately follow.
Teams pay $5.00/athlete running.
Ribbons will be awarded for Top 10 finishers in Boys and Girls.
