The West Grand Invite is back!
The meet will be on Saturday, September 2nd, of Labor Day weekend.
ALL races (High School and Middle School) will run the 5K course .
RACE DAY ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED AND ENTERED PRIOR TO THE MEET YOU WILL NOT BE RACING. ATHLETIC DIRECTORS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE YOUR COACHES KNOW HOW TO USE MILESPLIT. If you need help, please contact me at the above email address as soon as possible.
Racing schedule:
8:30 AM Course open for teams and packet pickup.
9:15 AM Coaches meeting at Doc Ceriani Pavilion
9:30 AM Senior Recognition of West Grand Athletes. National Anthem immediately to follow.
9:45 AM Jackson Avenue closes to traffic.
10 AM HS Girls (Score 4, run unlimited. Ghost runners will be used to complete scoring)
10 minutes after HS Girls finish, HS Boys will run (same scoring)
10 minutes after HS boys finish, MS Girls will run*
10 minutes after MS girls finish, MS Boys will run*
Awards to follow last race.
*If MS races are small enough, they may be run together.
