UPDATED SCHEDULE:

Coaches Meeting: 5:30 pm

Middle School Race (Both B & G): 6:00 pm

High School Boys Race: 6:45 pm

High School Girls Race: 7:15 pm

Sunset: 7:45 pm  (We are trying to race as close to sunset as possible, to escape the summertime heat!) 

No JV Race this year.  Run all your athletes, and we will score the top five from each team.

The race will be at the Fraser Valley Sports Complex, in Fraser CO.

NOT at the Middle Park HS Course in Granby.

This course will be the Regional Championships course for Region 1/3A on Oct. 24th!
