Entries & Fees

We are accepting 6-8 schools.

All entries must be submitted through Colorado MileSplit online entry system.

Deadline for entries is Wednesday May 8th @6pm.

No adds on meet day - only scratches.

Each school:  5 entries per event & 2 relay teams per event

Team entry fee $175 (Boys & Girls Teams) OR $100 per gender OR $20 per individual entry

 Check in Protocol - Track Events

Check in at table by South end zone BEFORE warm-up to get hip/chest numbers

Field Event Information -

Shot Put - No Minimum - 4 throws

Discus - No Minimum - 4 throws

Long Jump - No Minimum - 4 jumps

Triple Jump - No Minimum - 4 jumps

High Jump - Starting Height G: 4' / B: 5' - 3 attempts at each height

Unfortunately, No Pole Vault will be held.

Weigh-ins will be from 8-8:30am by the Northwest corner room in the stadium

Check in Protocol (Field Events): Check in at event area with event official 30 MINUTES BEFORE event start

If you need to leave the event area for another event, please check out with the event official. Please check back in with the event official upon returning. There is a 10 minute window to return, after running event is completed.

Spectators

$6 adults, $4 students, $1 seniors, children 3 and under free.

Additional Information

We will have 4 CHSAA officials present (starter, assistant starter or clerk, track referee, field referee)

Team Camps in stands - NO team camps on infield

Tents on TOP ROW OF WESTSIDE STANDS ONLY

Warm-ups allowed on infield

Coaches allowed on infield

NO parents or spectators on infield

Coaches boxes will be clearly marked by the field event

*No videotaping outside of coaches box

Water will be available at the Southend track building

An athletic trainer will be present

Lunch will be provided to coaches, officials and workers at 12noon by Southend track building
