Last Call for Pueblo Twilight

The first running of the Pueblo Twilight will take place at the CSU-Pueblo Thunderbowl on May 3.

Meet Information Sheet

While there is no more room for team entries at the Pueblo Twilight on May 3, there is yet room for distance event entries. Starting at 7 PM, this meet tranforms itself into a distance carnival for 1600s and 3200s under the lights at the fabulous CSU-Pueblo Thunderbowl. 

The competition promises to be outstanding. Please contact me at the e-mail address in the lower left corner of this page if you are interested in entering individuals into this meet. Only athletes affiliated with school teams may enter.

Starting at 7 PM, both genders will have four seeded heats of 1600s (up to 24 entries per heat). Following the 1600s, the 4x400s will complete the sprint portion of the meet. Finally, a set of three seeded heats per gender of 3200s (up to 27 entries per heat) will conclude the evening. A complete schedule of meet events is shown below:

Track Events:
12:30 - Coaches Meeting, south end of track

1:00 - SMR8 (girls only)
1:15 - 100s
1:40 - 100H/110H
2:20 - 4x200
2:40 - 800 (three heats, up to 16 each, per gender)
3:10 - 4x100
3:30 - 400
4:00 - 300H
4:40 - 4x800 (up to two heats per gender)
5:40 - 200
6:00 - Break (time to visit concessions, buffer if afternoon events run a little late)
7:00 - 1600 (4 heats per gender, max of 24 per heat)
8:15 - 4x400
8:45 - 3200 (3 heats per gender, max of 27 per heat)
