Colorado, meet Jayce Newbill!
The Berthoud sophomore recently cleared 6-4 in the high jump at the Randall Hess Roughrider Invitational, where he finished second.
The mark currently leads the sophomore class, and is a 3A No. 4.
More recently, Newbill won the Patriot League Meet with a clearance of 6-3. Additionally, he's cleared 6-0 six times this season.
As a freshmen he cleared a season-best of 5-6.5 at the Berthoud Last Chance, so clearly, he's already made The Jump this season!
