Ethan Rouse dropped 1:15 from his freshmen PR.
The 2018 cross country season starts in one month, so I decided to take a look back some of this year's senior class to see how they've fared over the past three years.
We've got a year-by-year analysis, which makes it a little easier to see who's improved the most.
There were a few with improvements of over two minutes, led by Austin Vancil, who dropped a staggering 2:14 from his freshmen PR. Not far behind was Aidan Fitzgerald, who recorded a 2:05 improvement.
For clarification, two minutes is not normal. That's evidence of someone really working their way up the ladder.
Among those who were near the top of the class their freshmen year, and continued the theme were Cal Banta and Ethan Rouse. Banta dropped 1:21 from his freshmen PR, while Rouse had 1:15.
