Okay, some of you have already started training for track and field 2014. So, maybe we should take a quick look ahead at some of the possibilities for next spring.
Cherry Creek won this spring, and with the trio of Jordyn Colter, Ashley Miller, and Megan McCabe coming back, they just might be in line to do it again next year.
Cherokee Trail figures to have a lot to say about that, though. While Cherry Creek brings back the heavy hitters, CT brings back the masses. Although the preview rankings below for next year don't reflect relays, the simple fact that Cherokee Trail has so many potential contributors bodes well for their relay potential next spring. The Cougars will rely heavily on the multiple talents of Shayna Yon, but it won't be a one-girl show.
