Brace yourself, this is a long one.

I'll start by highlighting a few things. Number one, Dior Hall did run a 100 meter hurdle race on Saturday, and she won that race. But, no, she is not atop the 100 meter hurdles leaderboard. That honor would belong to Cherry's Creek's Ashley Miller who ran 13.59 (+2.0). I don't know if these two will see each other on the same track before state, but state should be good. There is no margin of error for either. Second, the big throws marks just contiue to pile up. You'll see a few of those noted below. Third, those athletes who traveled out of state this past weekend came up with some big marks. We'll try to take note of those as go. With that, let's dive into what happened this last week:
