The Continental League has steadily risen in prominence among Colorado's largest-school leagues. Now surely the rival of the Centennial League, the Front Range League is coming into view for the girls of the Continental League.
Mountain Vista made a strong statement at NXR-SW, and some of those times are reflected below. But the advantage for Vista Nation in this analysis of having run NXR-SW is not as great as it would at first seem. Remember that Mountain Vista was elsewhere when most of 5A was running the Liberty Bell drag strip. Things have a way of evening out a little over time.
In any case, Rock Canyon appears best positioned to challenge Mountain Vista for league supremacy next fall--if any challenge is to be made. But ThunderRidge and Castle View also appear to be bidding to make statements.
