Before the rain came, there was some serious heat in the Pueblo Twilight 100. Photo by Alan Versaw.
In case you missed the word, this was the last week teams could participate in more than one meet during the week. It's down to one shot and it's over for this week. That's one shot regardless if your star 400 kid has an AP exam on the date of your meet this week.
So, needless to say, there were a lot of people working whatever opportunities remained this weekend. That means we have a lot to cover here. Of necessity (the necessity of ever getting this piece done), I've limited this to meets from just the last two days. There was some quality track and field action going on during the week, but there was plenty enough on Friday and Saturday to keep me plenty busy researching marks and writing.
