Denver East freshmen Arria Minor went into super sonic drive mode twice at the 2016 Mullen Adidas Runner Roost Invitational on Saturday. In both the 100 and 200 meter dash fast sections, Minor ran away from the competition with Colorado state leading wind legal times of 11.64 (+0.6 wind) and 23.65 (-1.8 wind).
An impressive accomplish for ninth grader as her times on Saturday nationally rank her US #4 in the 100 and US #2 in the 200. Imagine what she could have ran without running into a stiff headwind as she did in the 200!
