3A Boys: Qualifying Standards With One Week To Go...


Jasper Germain currently heads up the 3A Boys high jump list at 6-7.

You might have already suspected this, but it's laid out for you in black and white below. Every single state-qualifying standard this year for 3A Boys is tougher now than what it took to get to State last year. Certainly, some of that owes to the realignment of classifications where 3A picked up a bumper crop of former 4A schools, but that's also probably not the entire picture. In any case, it's tougher this year and the table below will give you some indication of how much tougher it is. And, by the way, only the 4x200 isn't already tougher than it was two years ago, as well.
