It took a long time for the lead group to dwindle even as far as four in the 5A Boys race.

On this page are shown the one-mile standings for the 5A Boys race. The next page shows the two-mile standings. Ties were broken on the basis of eventual finish, thus slightly dampening the visibility of change throughout the course of the race.
