Where Were Colorado's Top Senior Boys In 2013?

Just as it was with this year's senior girls in yesterday's article, so it is simple here as well. Take the top 100 senior boys, by time, from this year's state meet and track them backward to eighth grade. How many of these athletes were on the radar screen in a meaningful sort of way four years ago?
