Colorado Results from USATF Junior Nationals

Of all the Colorado-based entries at USATF Junior Nationals this past weekend in Eugene, Oregon, Mason Finley saw the greatest success. Finley finished second in the shot put at 66-1.5 and won the discus with a throw of 204-3. Both events were contested with the heavier junior implements.

But Finley was not alone in seeing success in Eugene.

Michael Hancock raced to third in the 110 hurdles with a time of 13.38 (+3.8). Tony Crisofulli finished seventh in the 800 (1:53.62), but ran a better time (1:52.06) to make it into finals. Finally, Brianne Beemer finished 6th (4707) and Katie Dreher 11th (4282) in the hepatathlon competition.

Kelsey Williamson failed to make finals in the 400, as did Samantha Berggren in both the 400 and the 800.
