Easton Allred, Carter Dillon, and Caden Foster posted personal bests in Missouri.
It's only been a few days since I wrote about all the Mile Madness in Colorado this season. Well, a few more runners wanted to add their name to the list, that's for sure.
The Festival of Miles in St. Louis hosted quite a few of Colorado's distance studs in the 800 and the 1,600, and they made sure to represent the Centennial State.
Easton Allred threw his name into the hat for the Colorado Mad Milers, as he posted the fastest 1,600 - and full mile - by a Coloradan this year. Allred ran 4:09.49 for a full mile. And the sophomore wasn't alone. Carter Dillon lowered his personal best as well, running 4:10.24. The duo finished third and fourth, while Caden Foster had a breakthrough race as well, running right on his teammates heels in 4:11.24 to finish sixth.
Who will add their name to the rankings in the coming weeks? And how much faster will they go? And... When will the madness end?
