Arlo Garner will look to defend his 110 and 300 hurdle state titles this year.

Last  year the team race was nearly set after the first day.

Heritage Christian simply had too much firepower for anyone to keep pace, and this looks similar. They look to be in prime position to make it a sweep this year, as they won the 2A state title this past fall.

If anyone has hopes of dethroning them, they'll have to get work right away, because it looks like another landslide. Those with the best shot are Simla and Holly. 

Graduation has opened the door for a new champion in the 100 and 200, and right now Darias Harms looks to be the favorite, though not by much. He'll have to battle Cotopaxi's Arlo Garner, who is likely to be eyeing several state titles this year.

The 200 was nearly wide open, as six of eight graduated, though the top returner and favorite to claim this year's title is Bryar Morgan. He'll likely be battling a slew of newcomers.
