Oh, it's good to be back on the course!

Something new coming to the MileSplit Colorado experience this fall will be the addition of MileSplit Shorts - a podcast/show we'll roll out each Monday.

On that note, if you're reading these words and haven't yet watched the above video, you'll definitely want to tune in and watch action from across the state - the intro alone is worth the watch!

The idea is to recap the week in a much more visual format.

The first week of the 2022 Colorado cross country did not disappoint! On the girls side of things, Liberty Common's Isabel Allori nearly gave Colorado the first Sub-18 performance of the season in the first week while Erie's Evan Kraus started his season on top of the state rankings.

Perhaps one of the more head-turning performances to come out of the weekend was the introduction of Legacy's Keira Wilkinson - she torched the field at the Broomfield Battle, running a Colorado No. 2 of 18:36.
