WATCH: Columbine Alum Woody Kincaid Runs 5k American Record


 Woody Kincaid COMES FROM BEHIND To Break Grant Fisher's American Record In 12:51!

Woody Kincaid was a 2011 graduate of Columbine High School. He won the 2010 Colorado State Cross Country Championships, and owned high school personal bests of 1:57 in the 800, 4:20 in the 1,600, 9:06 in the 3,200 (lower elevations), and 15:05 in the 5k (lower elevations. Among his high school highlights, he finished 11th at Foot Locker Nationals his senior year. 

More recently, Kincaid won the 10,000 at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in 27:53, and finished third in the 5,000.

Llast night the Columbine Alum added the American Record in the indoor 5,000 to his resume, running 12:51! Watch the race clicking the link above (and scroll down a bit.)
