Let's take a look at the most improved 200 sprinters...

Taking the cake for the boys this year was Max Choboian III

The Green Mountain junior sliced 3.45-seconds off his 2022 personal best, going from 26.74 in 2022, down to 23.29 in 2023.

Coming in No. 2 on this list is Ellicott senior James Webb, who went from 26.03 to 23.23 for a leap of 2.80-seconds. 

Broomfield's Evan Rea nearly had a leap of 2.5 seconds - he went from 25.25 to 22.81 for an improvement of 2.44-seconds. 

In all, eight boys improved by over two-seconds. 

For the girls Yasmine Khan-Farooqi tops this list. 

The Aspen junior sliced a jaw-dropping four-seconds off her 2022 PR, leaping from 31.45 to 27.30. That's an improvement of 4.15-seconds. 

To add some additional context, no other girl (within the top-300 times run this season) had a leap of over four-seconds.
