Although the day's action was limited, there were once again some nice results for Colorado's representatives.

The completion of the multi events was first on the day's docket.

Things were over quickly for Brittany Lewis, who withdrew from the young women's heptathlon.

The story was a good deal different in the intermediate girls heptathlong, however. There Alexa Chacon battled from sixth place to third place, setting personal records in the javelin and 800 meters along the way. Chacon's 4095 points was also a personal best.

It was also a very nice day for the Zoom Track crew of Devan Foster, Maddie Ivy, Rachael Lopez, and Taylor Gerard who put nearly 20 seconds on second place to take home the intermediate girls 4x800 meter relay title in 9:37.58.

Now that multi events are concluded, tomorrow's action features more or less a full range of track and field events.
