Here's a quick look at what the early returns from Wednesday's meets suggests...

 

Holy Family Pre-Easter Invitational

Every meet they run, Holy Family looks a little bit better. And that assessment would apply to both the boys and girls teams, but let's look at the girls first. With Lindsey Chavez starting to run like we're accustomed to seeing her run, the distance points are going to start coming. Alexis Gerry continues to impress in the throws. The 4x400 and 4x800 relays are both dropping serious state-qualifying kind of times. The 4x100 has probably slipped into that range as well. 

For the Holy Family boys, the relays are looking very nice. At this point, I wouldn't be betting against any of their four relays making it to state. On an individual level, Ryan Willis isn't going to be hurdling under the radar any longer with the kind of times he turned in today. 

I'm puzzled by the boys shot put results, mostly because I have a difficult time envisioning Grays...
