Cyclones are known to bring trouble--wherever they go. Even if you don't share my opinion that Pueblo West is a strong team this year (not that I won't try to persuade you otherwise in the words that follow), you might also want to think two and three years down the road. Coach Matt Sherman has an abundance of young talent on this team, and they only figure to get better as they grow a little older. And coaching Mike Schmidt, Jordan Montera, and Michael Cernoia along the way has probably provided a deep well of experience with top talent from which to draw for the current group.
If we try to project a varisty lineup for this fall's Cyclones, it goes something like this:
1. Corbin Pagnotta (sophomore) - He has freshman PRs of 2:02, 4:39, 10:23, and 17:11. I'd call him a diamond in the rough, but it's hard to say exactly what was ro...
