Running Events: The first 3 heats of individual running events will be seeded as well as the first 2 heats of all relays. In distance events we might combine the Varsity and JV into one heat depending on the number of athletes in the event. After the first 3 heats then we will open the lanes for JV athletes and the race will not be seeded. All athletes in the seeded Varsity section will need hip numbers, JV athletes need to report to the clerk of the start but will not be given hip numbers.
