Arrival Time: no earlier than 1PM
Coaches Packets will be at the Main Entry Gate

Coaches Meeting - Between 1:30 and 1:45PM in the training room located at the south end of the track under the scoreboard. A lite breakfast will be available.

Implements and poles for vaulting will be weighed starting at 1PM near the southeast corner of the track. All weigh-ins should be completed by 1:45PM.

Team Camps - will be located in the east bleachers and the last 3 north sections of the main(west) stands. No teams camps will be allowed in the 2 south sections near the finish line of the main stands.

Clerk of the Course will be located on the east side of the track between the sections of bleachers.

Warm-up will be located in the baseball field which is just east of the clerk. Participants will be called to the track by clerk.

Only clear water is allowed on track and turf. No food, candy, sunflower seeds, colored drinks, etc. will be allowed on the track or turf.

Lunch will begin at approximately 5:30PM in the training room located south of the track.

Time Schedule: We will make every effort to stay on time or ahead of schedule.

Minimums will be used in the throws and horizontal jumps. Vertical jumps will have starting heights.

Bathroom Locations West Stands East Stands Locker rooms in the building located at south end of the track. SE Corner of Main building through double glass doors.

Scoring Point distribution will be as follows: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Admissions: $5 adults, $4 seniors, $3 students, 5 and under free
