11/22/2013, 12:48 PM: This post is too long for a tweet, but the detail on the weather picture is that it rained all through last night and has been raining off and on all day today. Water is accumulating in puddles in low places, but a lot of it is simply soaking in as well. I am staying by a golf course (not Toka Sticks) and the footing at this golf course is still pretty firm, though your feet would definitely get wet from running in the Bermuda grass. The NXR-SW course isn't open yet, but I'm going to guess that things will get pretty muddy through the ditch that the Toka Sticks course crosses four times, regardless of when the rain stops. The rest of the course should be fairly stable, though the cross-sloped section heading east toward two miles where the grass is a little thin and intermittent could get a little interesting.
These will definitely be the most interesting conditions we've seen for NXR-SW.
