On a weekend of meets with monster implications for rankings, this was one where you had to pick your spots a little. Many teams came to this meet with less than fully-loaded rosters.

If you picked the right spots, though, you saw plenty of women in black. But, it helps to be clued in about those women in black. There isn't much about their teamwear that would give the school idenity away. You just have to know that the women in black are fast and that they run for Eaglecrest High School. They just don't advertise than on their singlets. If you're good enough, you don't have to say who you are very often.
